Designs have been revealed for a Trump Tower development in Tbilisi<\/a>, Georgia, designed by Gensler<\/a>, which will contain “six architecturally distinctive towers”, including a 70-storey skyscraper that is set to be the tallest in the country.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following news architecture studio Gensler is serving as the architect on the project<\/a>, a single image was recently released, which shows an asymmetrical Trump-branded skyscraper rising as the development’s centrepiece, surrounded by a cluster of shorter towers.<\/p>\n

The overall project will be developed by firms Biograpi Living<\/a> and Archi Group<\/a> and will include a business centre, luxury housing and retail shopping, a hotel, and dining and entertainment programming, which was masterplanned by Gensler.<\/p>\n

The architecture studio is responsible for the design of five of the project’s six towers, according to the team.<\/p>\n

The Sapir Organization<\/a>,\u00a0Blox Group<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Finvest Georgia<\/a> are also involved in the development of the Trump Tower skyscraper.<\/p>\n

Georgia’s tallest building<\/strong><\/p>\n

The development is located overlooking Tbilisi’s Central Park and will span 6,460,000 square feet (600,000 square metres) of total construction area.<\/p>\n

“The project comprises six architecturally distinctive towers, including globally recognised branded residences and its defining centrepiece \u2013 Trump Tower Tbilisi \u2013 set to become the tallest and most iconic structure within the development,” said the team.<\/p>\n

The released image shows the 70-storey Trump skyscraper<\/a> at the centre of the development. It has a diagonally-shaped cap, which contains a rooftop greenspace.<\/p>\n

The tower’s body contains a terrace towards the upper levels, and is covered by Y-shaped columns, which travel along its length.<\/p>\n
